In northeastern Ukraine, Kharkiv’s Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that drones struck three districts of the city, resulting in injuries to three individuals. Explosions broke windows in tall residential buildings.

Local authorities also indicated a large drone strike in Konotop, north of Kyiv.
