In a special briefing regarding the unprovoked aggression from Pakistan overnight, the government stated that Pakistan attempted to strike 26 crucial locations, such as Udhampur, Pathankot, Bhuj, Bhatinda stations, and made an effort to hit an airbase in Punjab with a high-speed missile at 1:40 am. Colonel Sophia Qureshi stated that Islamabad was persistently assaulting India’s western frontiers with drones, fighter aircraft, and even long-range armaments.
Responding to Pakistan escalations, Indian Armed Forces (IAF) attacked only “identified military targets”, Colonel Qureshi informed during a special briefing. These included technical infrastructure, command and control centres, radar sites and weapon storage areas.
