A private training plane crashes in Amreli, Gujarat, resulting in the pilot’s death from the explosion.

A training plane from a private aviation school went down in a residential neighborhood of Shastri Nagar in Amreli, Gujarat, on Tuesday, resulting in the death of the pilot. The event caused a wave of panic in the neighborhood when the collision was succeeded by a loud blast.
Fire and police crews quickly arrived at the scene and started rescue efforts. The region was sealed off to guarantee the safety of the residents.
“A training aircraft of Vision Flying Institute, Amreli, crashed in the Shastri Nagar area today. The aircraft was being flown by Aniket Mahajan, who died in the crash,” Deputy SP Chirag Desai said.
This marks the second incident of a training aircraft in Gujarat within the past month. In March, a different training aircraft from a flying school went down on the outskirts of a village in Mehsana district.
On March 31, a trainee female pilot got hurt when a trainer aircraft from a private aviation school crash-landed in an open area at Ucharpi village close to Mehsana. Inspector DG Badva of Mehsana taluka police station stated that the incident was due to technical problems.
Previously, on April 3, an Indian Air Force Jaguar fighter jet went down near Jamnagar while conducting a routine training mission. The accident took the life of 28-year-old Flight Lieutenant Siddharth Yadav hailing from Rewari, Haryana.
In a formal announcement, the Indian Air Force (IAF) disclosed that the two-seater Jaguar fighter jet launched from Jamnagar Airfield for a night operation when the pilots faced a technical issue.
